This Refund Policy applies to products and services provided by Miciniti Technologies Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Free Trial (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users.

  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin and you will be charged.
No refund is required for unused trial time.

2. Consumer Purchases (B2C)

If you are purchasing as a consumer (for personal use), the following applies:

2.1 Cooling-Off Rights (UK/EU Consumers)

If you are located in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction providing statutory cancellation rights, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase.

By starting your subscription immediately after the trial ends, you expressly consent to the service beginning during the cooling-off period.

If a refund is requested within 14 days:

  • We may deduct a proportionate amount for services already provided.
  • After full performance of the service, the right to cancel may no longer apply.

2.2 After 14 Days

After 14 days from the first paid charge, subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

3. Business Purchases (B2B)

If you purchase on behalf of a business, organisation, or commercial entity:

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Statutory consumer cooling-off rights do not apply.
  • You are responsible for cancelling prior to renewal.
  • Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Downgrades during an active billing cycle

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted by contacting:

  • The email address used for purchase
  • Paddle receipt or order number

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us.

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting support, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access pending investigation.

7. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of refund rights
  • Repeated refund requests
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
